Terms of service
1. We offer multiple payment options within Pakistan, including Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, and Jazz Cash.
2. For orders outside of Pakistan, we accept payments via Western Union in advance or through bank transfer.
3. To confirm your order, you can also contact us through our Facebook page, Instagram, or WhatsApp by messaging your address and contact details.
4. Our MAKE TO ORDER products are pre-orders, and they require a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks for preparation. Payment for pre-orders must be made in advance.
5. International orders have a minimum delivery duration of 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided via email after the orders are completed and dispatched.
6. For complaints, suggestions, and queries, please reach out to us via our Facebook page, email, or phone.
7. Our riders follow routes, not specific timings, so we appreciate your cooperation.
8. In case of any damage, fault, or discrepancy, Asianest will take responsibility for changing the product. Customers need to resend the parcel through any courier service to Asianest's address.
9. Customers desiring to exchange items, such as bangle size or design, are required to pay a delivery charge of PKR 250/-
10. Order cancellations or changes can be made within 2 hours of order submission. After this period, no requests for cancellation or changes will be entertained. Customers are advised to receive their orders promptly.
11. Customers should provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or the nearest famous landmark, to ensure successful delivery. Orders with incomplete addresses will be canceled.
12. We strictly adhere to a no refund and no return policy.
13. Sale items or stock clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
