Refund policy

Exchange Policy: Products are eligible for exchange under the following criteria:

  1. The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  2. The product has not been used or damaged.
  3. The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Make-to-Order Products:

Our make-to-order products involve pre-orders, with a production time of a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. Payment for pre-order products is required in advance.

International Orders:

For international orders, the delivery duration is a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided via email after the order is completed and dispatched.

Damage or Fault in Product:

If the product is damaged or exhibits any fault or discrepancy, Asianest will take responsibility for replacing the product.

Exchange of Items:

Customers seeking to exchange items, such as bangle size or design, are subject to a delivery charge of PKR 250/- We advise customers to carefully review the product description and size guide before placing an order to prevent any inconvenience.

Cancellation and Change of Orders:

Customers have a two-hour window from order submission to cancel or make changes. After this period, no queries for cancellation or changes will be entertained. We recommend customers accept their orders promptly once they have been placed and payment has been made.

Incomplete Address:

Customers are urged to provide a complete and accurate address, including a house number, block number, street number, or a nearby famous landmark, to ensure seamless delivery. Orders with incomplete, unusual, or empty addresses will be promptly cancelled.

Refund and Return Policy:

We strictly adhere to a no-refund, no-return policy. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review the product description and size guide before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

Change or Refund of Sale Items:

Sale items or stock clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
